Patient Access
To prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) there have been changes to GP appointments.
You can make appointment by:
- Prefer to call GP surgery or visit the GP surgery in person.
- Surgery will then ask you the choice of telephone or face 2 face Staff may give you advice about what to do.
Non-urgent advice: They may arrange:
– a face-to-face appointment
– a phone or video call or a text message
– a referral to a pharmacy for minor ailments or another service
Home Visits
If you want to see Health Care assistance or Nurse for chronic diseases, book telephone or face 2 face appointment in advance.
