If you have any specific needs or adjustments, such as wheelchair access, please let reception know and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs, or direct you to other appropriate services where we cannot.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.

The Practice is a member of i3 Ladywood Primary Care Network (PCN), which covers a population of around 73,000 patients and 9 GP Practices. Being part of the PCN means that the following services are provided, outside of our normal hours. 

Monday to Friday – 6.30pm to 8pm – One of the PCN’s Hubs operates from Newtown Health Centre, 171 Melbourne Ave, Birmingham, B19 2JA for the benefit of all patients in the PCN. 

Saturdays – 9am – 5pm – An Extended Access Service is provided from the Church Road Surgery, 28 Church Road, Aston, Birmingham, B6 5UP.

On these days telephone calls to the Practice (0121 554 1757) will be diverted to Church Road Surgery between the hours of 9am – 5pm. 

When the Practice and the Enhanced Access Service is closed, please call 111 for assistance.
