We want to make sure everyone can access our services.

The practice is wheelchair accessible and patients have access to disabled toilet facilities. Several disabled parking spaces are available and we have a hearing loop at reception.

If you have any specific needs or adjustments, please let reception know and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.

NHS walk-in centres provide advice and treatment for a range of minor illnesses and injuries.

The nearest one is Birmingham NHS Walk-In Centre, Lower Ground Floor, Boots The Chemists, 66 High Street, Birmingham, West Midlands, B4 7TA.

The Practice is a member of i3 Ladywood Primary Care Network (PCN), which covers a population of around 73,000 patients and 9 GP Practices. Being part of the PCN means that the following services are provided, outside of our normal hours. 

If you need access to an evening or weekend non-urgent appointment, please call and speak to the receptionist at your registered practice during normal opening hours. Your appointment could be with another practice in the area.

Monday to Friday – 6.30pm to 8pm – One of the PCN’s Hubs operates from Summerfield Health Centre for the benefit of all patients in the PCN. (pre-booked appointments only) 

Saturdays – 9am – 5pm – An Extended Access Service is provided from the Church Road Surgery, 28 Church Road, Aston, Birmingham, B6 5UP.

On these days telephone calls to the Practice (0121 554 1757) will be diverted to Church Road Surgery between the hours of 9am – 5pm. 

When the Practice and the Enhanced Access Service is closed, please call 111 for assistance.
